Well Played Consulting is a private consulting practice led by Sabrina Davis, focused on helping men show up better in their lives, relationships, and everyday situations — without trying to turn them into someone they’re not.

Sabrina has spent over 23 years owning and operating a successful brick-and-mortar women’s clothing boutique in Atlanta. Through that work, she has listened to thousands of honest, unfiltered conversations with women about relationships, attraction, effort, and what actually matters long-term. That perspective — combined with years of real-world experience — is the foundation of Well Played Consulting.

Alongside her retail business, Sabrina has worked with men privately for over a decade, helping them with style, dating, confidence, transitions after divorce or loss, and learning how to live well on their own. Much of that work happened quietly, through referrals and personal relationships, long before it was formally named or marketed. Well Played Consulting is simply the public expression of work she has been doing all along.

Sabrina works easily with men. She is known as a “guy’s girl” — direct, honest, practical, and comfortable calling things out without judgment. Her approach combines a woman’s perspective with clear execution, helping men translate insight into action in ways that actually stick.

Clients include men who are single, dating, in long-term relationships, married, recently divorced, or widowed. Some are navigating a major life transition; others simply want to tighten things up and show up better — for themselves and for the people in their lives.

The work can include style and wardrobe, home and daily life, dating and relationships, health, grooming, wellness, aesthetics, and overall follow-through. The focus is not on overhauls or reinvention, but on realistic adjustments that improve how life feels and how a man shows up — socially, personally, and relationally.
